Returns Policy

Some of the products are handmade to order and delivery can take between 7 to 22 days. Items can not be returned due to late arrival.If you would like an estimated day of delivery, please email on before submitting your order.

Should you receive an order which is damaged , please keep all of the packaging so that we can pursue a damage claim, with the courier.All items damaged in the post will be replaced without charge.However the original order notification,product and packaging must be returned to us. We will reimburse normal postage costs for the return of damaged items only.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of Bespoke items unless damaged.Please refer to the paragraphs above.
